Srinivasa Subramaniam, PhD
Dr. Srini Subramaniam is an Associate Professor at The Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter, Florida. He obtained his PhD in 2004 from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, where he worked on the molecular signaling that triggers neuronal death. At Johns Hopkins University for his postdoctoral research, he addressed the mechanisms for selective neuronal degeneration, focusing Huntington’ s and Parkinson’s disease, which continues to guide his research today.
